First time staying at monte Carlo, nice quiet and clean spot just our window was very wet with condensation that leaked all over, great customer service at front desk very clean and quiet was a good stay. Fab in bathroom was like a jet.

Cards didn’t work at all we had to have the guy reset 3 times and still didn’t work so they used the master key to let us in the shower leaked every where even out side of the shower so the floor and counter top were soaked. The whirl pool bathtub was wet and dirty when we went in the beds are hard and so are the pillows

I really enjoyed my stay at Monte Carlo Inn Oakville! I was very impressed with cleanliness and overall building amenities.Breakfast was lovely and front desk staff were wonderful. I would suggest investing in foam pillows in the future (these keep their shape much longer than cotton) and also you need windows that open! Fresh air is essential for basic hygiene and proper ventilation of the building (I am sure cleaning personnel would appreciate this too)
