I understand you didn't have any room available, but I expect someone in your position to act in a more professional and respectful manner. Definitely not staying at this place again if this is the standard you set for customer service.

Staff was excellent. Room was good value for price with mini-kitchenette. Room was very clean and in quiet section of hotel. There was an adjustable reclining, comfortable chair. Only a room darkening shade was provided for the window. Work table chair was good. There was no complimentary breakfast. A mini store had a variety of items for purchase at elevated price though. A wide variety of TV channels were available. Motel seemed in new condition.
