Charming boutique hotel
Highlights: charming boutique hotel, beautiful roof deck with amazing views and heated small pool, helpful and friendly service, perfect location, large and updated bathrooms, clean rooms, excellent free breakfast. Minuses: Very small rooms with no windows, made us feel claustrophobic. No place to stop the car: we had to double park and block traffic, to unload our car, but hotel staff helped us to valet our car. Most of our stay there was no internet and cell signal was nonexistent in the room. Air quality was bad even inside-it is not a hotel, but town problem.

An excellent place to stay
Hotel Madi Is a beautiful small hotel in Centro, but up the hill just enough for quiet. The staff are amazing; so kind and helpful. The rooms are nearly soundproof with contemporary creature comforts. I go to San Miguel at least once a year. From now on, I will always stay at Hotel Madi.

Very attractive hotel close to the main square and all its attractions. Pool on roof is small and heated - great for a cool evening. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The WiFi was out for a few days when we were there and, as a result, a staff person had to let us into our room multiple times. They were always cheerful and (sometimes) exhausted. Management treated guests to a free cocktail once the WiFi was back up, to thank us for our pati. Nice touch.

Horrible stay. No wifi entire stay, no power part of the stay, no hot water part of the stay, no functional room key entire stay, and needed to walk down two floors to get a hotel employee anytime needing to enter the room....yet the worst was the staff booked our shuttle to the airport on the departure day, failed to let us know the departure day was a national holiday, and given traffic our 90 minute drive took 4 hours, and 4 of us missed our flight costing us over $350 each to get home. All staff had to do was let us know about the holiday and recommend ordering a driver earlier and then we all make our flights.

The hotel is a really cute boutique hotel with a lot of charm. The rooftop bar and pool area is awesome to relax and unwind after a day of walking. The staff are amazing, esp the front desk manager Cesar, and the door man Rodolfo. Highlighrecommend this hotel.

Best experience in San Miguel
Great location, great view, good breakfast, outstanding service, quiet and comfy. The room was spacious and the private jacuzzi was an amazing plus. The only downside is parking if you have a car but their valet will take it and bring it when you need it. This is definitely a great place to stay in San Miguel where you can walk anywhere in the city and have an amazing time
