Convenient quiet location
Room was big and clean. The place is a little bit dated, but still cute. The pool was clean and nice. Right next to Tim Hortons for breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, the room was nice. The restaurant food was not so great. Not many options to choose from and everything seemed under cooked. I would stay here again for the convenient location.I just wouldn't eat at the restaurant. Tim Hortons is just across the road so it was nice for coffee in the morning and a quick breakfast. We also asked for extra towels after having a bath the night before and we never received any any which kinda sucked for the morning showers.

Decor and rooms are very outdated. The bathroom shower stuco needed to be redone. You could see the black stuff in the corners. The room smelt of old smoke as well. Overall, just not inpressed. For the price i expected better.

The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. We had some food from the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious. The room is outdated as well as the bathroom fixtures but is felt pretty clean and we did not mind. We would stay again.

Nothing more to add. We needed a room for the night and we got it. I wished that we could have had a early check-in.

It’s a nice building. It’s a nice view, but it’s very outdated. Restaurants aren’t open in the morning for breakfast or lunch closed on Mondays. That’s an important part of it because the only place to really go eat around there in the morning is Tim Hortons where you gotta drive 10 minute drive away to find something so I think that would be an important factor to have better Restaurant availability maybe look at signing up with franchise who is in business to promote a standard like IHOP restaurant or stack sunrise breakfast like all those standard places chorus whatever I think that would benefit you

4/10 Fair

First off we were in the area for a wedding so in total we had booked more that 10 rooms total. When we got there, we had a lot of bags, the doors weren’t really accessible. The accessibility button worked when it wanted to. The lobby is just dark and muggy. The carpets look dirty, the counters felt sticky and the smell was just not great. The first room we got was on the 6th floor. The small was unbearable, it seems like a sewer issue. We got to our room and there was just so many things. The toilets don’t have a seat cover, the seat itself was ripped up and stripping. The floors were dirty, I could t take my shoes off the furniture mismatched and just overall lacked character. We paid $200 a night and it was not worth it. This is more a motel vibe. The key cards kept not working. My friends room lock “battery died” so they also had to switch rooms. It was a lot having to pack up and leave to another room. The second room was on the 3rd floor. It was better but the toilet was black on the inside. The tub had some brown marks in it. Just a bunch of other stuff. You don’t get room cleaning unless you have been there 2 or more days I believe. I don’t mind that but others might. The experience overall was just not it. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve been to a few. The staff were nice. The person that checked us in, he was so sweet and understanding. We were having trouble with our credit cards and he was patient and helpful. That was about all that was ok.

Good 7/10
The hotel was good, a little old but in a great area, a walk away from the waterfront , enjoyed my morning coffee there .We needed to warm up our food at night and the front desk advised us to go to the restaurant and they took it to the back in the kitchen to warm up but we went to our room and everything was cold. Embarrassed to go and ask again so we didn’t eat that night..
