The hotal was pretty run-of-the-mill average. Internet was not working, which I was not told at check in. I had to go ask and was told it was out and no one could fix it because it was a Sunday. A simple explanation at check in would have been much better customer service than giving me a password for a service that didnt function properly.

I had 2 rooms. The room with the 1 queen bed was small with no coffee pot, fridge or microwave. Bed wasnt very comfortable as you can feel the springs. The second room was the jacuzzi suite with bedroom and king bed. This room says it sleeps 4, however the king bed was the only bed. The couch did not pull out and there was a small chair. There was no extra bedding in the room either and no privacy from the bedroom to the main area. When i called and asked for extra bedding they made me go down to the office to grab it. Again the king bed was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. The staff was friendly and tried to be acomadating other then the bedding situation. Breakfast was very basic and focused on carbs, very little protien.

Good hotel
We came out for a concert and weekend getaway to end the year. The hotel room was super nice and clean. The microwave was missing the glass plate to set stuff on but other than that was a great room. We had the jacuzzi in our room and it worked and was clean. Staff was nice and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The room was very nice and spacious. Our first impression with one of the 2 staff members on duty when we checked in was not very pleasant. He was not very welcoming. We simply asked to add the points of staying at the hotel to our “Rewards” card and he was reluctant and refused to do it. Giving excuses that made no logical sense. In the end the points were not added. We left very early in the morning so we did not get to have a full experience of the facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were very nice also. The location was perfect for getting to St Paul’s Airport with an only 5 minutes drive. Super convenient.

Perfect for pre-flight hotel
