Horrible stay The rooms & linens are all stinking . Bathrooms latches/locks all broken Taps leaking . Flush & wash basin drains not working properly. Got the money deducted twice on check in and returned on checking daily after 6 days . Only good thing for which I chose earlier this hotel was the location as close to centre of city . Breakfast also reasonably good but will never stay here again despite having stayed here thrice earlier . They need to upgrade their hotel

Big Mistake
I don't know how much to say about wrong things, the list is too long. The only good thing about this hotel is their food, which is very good, except that everything else seems to be not up to the mark. Few examples: mould in the shower area; loose plumbing fixtures, would come off while using them; loose and rotating toilet paper holder; had to ask each day to replenish the tea supply and water in the room; luggage bell boy would question you extensively when requested to send a cart for carting luggage; staff seems arrogant and rude and had to work on each of them to make them smile; seemed like too many supervisors either having a good time or moving around doing nothing but looking very busy; not all servers are dedicated and diligent; had to remind several times the server to bring a requested item; so on and so on.

Booked a different room, they upgraded , but that was a fraud as the upgraded room was not even good, had a mold smell, wood flooring had a gap. reported to the staff and asked for the same room which I booked, and they refused as they did offer that to somebody else. Overall bad experience at this hotel.

Absolutely disastrous stay. After check in last night hotel staff on front desk told me we are upgrading your room. I was tired and was not bothered. Went in room and gone for bed staright away. Room was freezing cold and even when i turned off AC it was staying cold. In morning when i woke up, opened the curtain and realised the room is under renovation zone and entire window has been blocked. All day it was noise of construction. Complained to front desk, but they didnt bother. In Brekfast, all chairs were dirty, water was dripping from roof and no one was serving the tea. I had to eventually get up and go myself to grab tea. Overall disastrous and had to check out same afternoon as was unable to bear the noise anymore. I have asked for one day refund, but as arrogant hotel management, i have no hope for getting it back. Anyone planning to book this place, serious warning to not bother.

Toilet was broken. they provide iron board having mold on the top., iron didn’t warmed even after 15 minute plugged-in, I called manager and he didn’t came, may be don’t want to face the customer, another guest at front desk was also asking for the manager, they have water leak in their room. I wish I could post the pictures of broken toilet and iron board but the policy of hotel.com is not allowing me to do so. Towels were too old, I never saw such bad quality of the towel in any hotel. The furniture quality was very poor. I don’t know how they got 5-star rating. We are so disappointed, and got worst experience of our trip. Not recommend for family. If you want to spoil your vacation take this hotel.
