Comfy cold room
The room was comfortable besides the hard wood floors. The heater also couldnt keep up so the room stayed slightly cold

Wish I had thought to take pictures!
Room was missing several lightbulbs, the floor was scratched, the entertainment center was broken, there was rust and mildew on the bathroom ceiling/vent, and the shower sprayed out of the shower head sideways and soaked the bathroom if the curtain wasn't perfectly in place to block it. The only luggage carts were on the second floor and we weren't allowed to use them because they were "for the homeless that lived on the second floor," according to a staff member. The elevator got stuck open while we were there too. There's a group of homeless people who sit out front and try to get people to pay them to help carry luggage.

Cheap room, now I know why
The hotel was inexpensive and they allowed pets. The pictures look decent. However, just because its economical doesn't mean they should cut corners on quality. The rooms were filthy, the breakfast wasn't even a good continental breakfast the floors of the hotel and elevators needed mopped. The people were nice but lazy. One clerk did her best and discounted the room because of our experience. We would have gladly paid the price or more if this hotel was upkept. Cheap shouldn't mean low quality or below health standards. Because they Allow pets the ground were covered in excrement. We are responsible pet owners and clean up after our pet, we didn't see anyone else do that. We booked 7 days and couldn't find another hotel after we arrive. So we came home and showered and washed everything. Not a good experience.

Ba humbug
Upon arriving after making reservations weeks in advance, they had given away my king room with a jetted tub on Christmas Eve which was a gift to me from my husband. The man behind the counter was very professional and nice and offered me $40 off a regular room. I was not happy.. but he assured me I could have the room the following afternoon. We got a corner king with a balcony which wasn’t bad, except for the television didn’t work. The phone didn’t work, not plugged in or something could not reach front desk and upon going down to the desk to speak with them from the third floor, the elevator didn’t work and I had to take the stairs several times due to first the phone didn’t work second the television didn’t work third. The ice machine didn’t work and then last, but not least the elevator didn’t work. The next day I spoke with the manager about what had happened . She basically told me it was my own fault for making reservations through a third-party such as Hotels.com or expedia.com and if I wanted a refund on my reservation to call ask the third party for it because she wasn’t going to even though I paid in full at her hotel. It was NOT a very Merry Christmas !

Ok for one night stay
For the price you paid the one night stay was ok. The elevator was no working. Our room had only one channel on tv. The room curtains appeared to have several stains. During our stay we had to evacuate due to fire alarm being pulled. It was a lot of confusion because people didn’t know if it was real or not. The area is very sketchy. For the price it was nice to have comfortable bed and hot shower.

Room was dirty, Tv was broken did not work Items from previous guest were left in drawers. The arm chair looked like hazardous waste. Water damage to the ceiling. The room wasn’t very sound proof. We could here noise from the hall and the room next to ours. The front desk staff was very nice.
