My stay was very pleasant, the reception woman working on Friday was very nice that booked us in. Also the the woman doing the breakfast was very nice and breakfast was really good. Also the other reception working was also nice, only negative thing is a man giving the receptionist a terrible time. swearing at her she did nothing wrong to the man, she was nice to him. Nobody should come to the work to get abused.

Tired but excellent service
A large place, with excellent staff, good food and very clean. It is old fashioned, as in 1970s , and some areas would definately benefit from renovation. Overall, a pleasant stay in a lovely position near the seafront.

4/10 Fair

Be upfront Windsor & Hotels.com
My room was spacious and clean. 77. Pipes noisy EVERY flush, same from neighbouring rooms. But easily lived with. This hotel is definitely housing homeless people or migrants, or both. I have no qualms with this as they should have somewhere to stay, obviously. BUT the Windsor AND Hotels.com should be very much upfront with this. I must add though that there was absolutely no problem with our friends who do require shelter.

Not bad
Absolutely not bad. Old fashioned and kinda old big building with a good need of renovation, but it was very good to stay in there. Reception staff absolutely great! Was lovely to see the aurora boreal just a few steps from the hotel

Basic, clean accommodation. Good value for money. Private car park a bonus. However rooms at the front of the hotel are very noisy due to nightclub opposite. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

The location was great, 1 block from the seafront. Very dog friendly even allowing us to have breakfast with the dog. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking was good at the back of the hotel, but i think it should have had cameras. The room was clean although very hot. There was no heating on and the windows wouldnt open. The bathroom was large with a shower and a bath. Everything you needed for a nights stay.

Floorboards in corridor outside room were very noisy. Also, disco in building over the road was loud, with people shouting intil 2:30am. The lift in the hotel wasn't working. Apart from that, the room was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. And pricing was competitive.

Another great stay. Cheap and Cheerful..Been here several times now. Staff very friendly. Our Cockapoo Service Dog isn't charged for accomodation which is also appreciated. Parking is easy and theres also plenty local pubs and eateries where dogs are welcome. We'll be back.again :-)
