I was so disappointed in the customer service. We are an Apalachee HS family that went thru a terrible school shooting last month. The lady in the front did nothing but yell at us. I booked 2 days and then called the hotel to extend our stay a night. The lady said to go thru the hotel website. I did. When I got there the mean lady, afternoons shift, said I had to check in and check out on Wed and no guarantee I would get the same room since I went through a 3rd party vendor. She mentioned my 3rd party vendor over and over. I was almost in tears the way she was treating me on check in! I asked for a parking pass for my husband, she said 'is it for him (pointing to my BIL who we were visiting) because I already told him where to park' I said no its for my husband. She asked if he was there. I said no. She said, 'well if he shows up I will get him a pass but until then here is yours and he (BIL) parks in public parking.' Our AC broke in our room, 'wish you came earlier when Maintenace was here not sure what I can do now' it was so hot on the 10th floor! She moved us and we had to take the time to move rooms. No apology nothing! We had a room that slept 6 but only had seating for 4. We had to bring the chairs off the balcony for everyone to sit. October is not a busy month. Mary, the morning person, also who I spoke with on the phone, was so pleasant! The other woman. Man she needs not be in customer service! I would never spend another dime on vacation with her!
