Basic hotel with great breakfast
Great breakfast, good and clean hotel room. However, the spa (swimming pool and sauna) always come with an extra charge, which was disappointing as there was no prior information about it. Hotel guests do get a discounted rate, but the spa must also be booked in advance, and it’s extremely crowded.

Quality of bads was not good. Breakfast used to be better and overall, I would think next time before chossing this hotel.

I have stayed here before. Its very close to the metro station and 4 stops to T-centralen (the center of Stockholm) and only 3 stops to the Old town.
You have alot of shops and restaurants nearby
The breakfast is great and the people that worked here have always been very friendly and serviceminded. Would visit again👍

Disappointing Stay Despite Modern Look.
Originally it looked good by service and readiness to help extremely poor.
The hotel appears modern and well-equipped at first glance, but our family stay was ruined by poor service, lack of solutions, and basic issues that should not happen in a hotel of this standard. I travel extensively (more than 20 hotels in last 12 months), and this was unfortunately one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.
Good Things:
• Modern design and lobby area with some games
• Spacious hotel with decent views
Bad Things:
• Booked a three-bed room but only two beds provided; repeated requests ignored (mail and verbal)
• Staff promised a third bed already arranged when not there. Then provided a sub quality foldable bed.
• Air conditioning noisy and blowing cold air, causing health issues; they only offered a small heater as a “solution” if you get cold easily or have air conditioning issue don’t stay here, you cannot turn it off.
• Reception unresponsive by phone—called via hotel phone, no reply, called via mobile phone, no reply. So I had to physically go down to get help. Excuse they were busy with customers, when at night, no customer there and during an extended period.
• Shower gel/shampoo ripped off wall and left on the floor (see picture)
• Lobby tables left dirty with spilled drinks (unfortunately didn’t take picture). Unacceptable for a hotel of that standard
• Breakfast poorly organized: dirty windows, no cutlery, self-service only, no staff attention.

Alltid trevlig och tillmötesgående personal på Clarion Hotel Stockholm. Sängarna sköna och det är rent och snyggt. Parkeringen i garaget vid hotellet är däremot ett skämt. Som Fort Knox att ta sig in och ut. Otroligt trångt så man är rädd för parkeringsskador hela tiden. Hotellet erbjöd rabatterat pris på parkeringen men det fanns ingenstans att skriva in en sådan kod med Aimo Park. Så väldigt dyrt blev det för 2 dygn… Jag upplevde också den här gången att det var alldeles för mycket gäster på hotellet. 1000 personer till frukost är inte härligt att vara i, även fast de hade frukosttider du behövde förhålla dig till. Så sista gången för oss på det här hotellet känns det som… 😞
