Great place, dog friendly.
A great price, room had everything I was looking for. You need to remembrer in the room in a full size frig and two burner stove top, plus a microwave. But there are no dishes, pots, pans, silverware anything you need to cook or eat with. Also no coffee pot in the room, they do have coffee in the lobby I also think they do have a few dishes, coffee pots etc you can get from front desk, but they have a limited supply. I was prepared and had brought my own. Very dog friendly.

Comfortable room, terrible service
Was not a pleasant experience, checking into the hotel attendant what she did come act like she’s mad she was really very rude. The fellow of us sitting there that could let me in to get to the restroom act like he couldn’t speak English, knowing any speak English, but I was very disappointed very disappointed this I will not be staying at this hotel Anymore. Where is Colorado springs and then she double charge me on the deposit. It wasn’t much a deposit wasn’t really not paying attention.

Unnecessary
The lady at working the front when we checked in was rude and high on god knows what with how fast she spoke and kept licking the inside of her mouth. After check in my fiancé went down for silverware and she refused to let him get anything to eat our food so he had to drive to the gas station for plastic ware. The people above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night when we have a newborn, just ride period. Overall, never recommending or staying here when in town again!

Never been in a hotel like this. No coffee makers, no hair dryers. Asked to take out our own trash, had to go get clean towels, bed linen didn't fit bed kept slipping off. Staff handled fire alarms due to washing machine malfunction. Staff handled water break by going door to door to inform us. Would not stay here again
