Stingy Deposit Policy & Management
Withheld $15.00 refund deposit because a "makeup stain" was left on a towel. First of all there was no makeup stain left on any of the already dingy towels that had been supplied. After many calls to the front desk to receive any deposit at all I had to put in a dispute with my credit card company to get any deposit back.

O k to sleep there.
We picked this hotel due to location and the fact that it had a hot tub in the room.

Not a favorite for us
Bed was comfortable and room was clean. But bathroom sink didn’t drain, tub drain was broken, shower was lukewarm at best. Bright spotlight outside of window and breakfast was just ok. Ice machine was out of order they wanted you to go to neighboring hotel for ice

The first floor ice machine says it's out of order and to use the 3rd for ice machine. The 3rd floor ice machine says it's broken and if you need ice to go to the sleep in 300 yards away. Like a sick scavenger hunt that ends in having to walk to another hotel to get ice at midnight.

One night stay. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful!
The beds were worn and old. The walls are paper thin and I was up nearly all night because the people next to our room were awake and talking.

There were a few things that we did not love. The hot tub heater was out so we could not use that and we were looking forward to being able to use it to relax at night after long exhausting days. The toilet seat in our room had the protective surface pealing up in 2 spots on the toilet seat so it was not the most comfortable to sit down and take care of business. Thankfully there was a lobby bathroom that we used because it was not cool. In the bathroom, the room above must have had a leak cause there was some awful patch work done and also an area by the light switch that looked like it used to be moldy and was stained. Stepping into the bathtub/shower was sketchy. It felt like you were about to fall into the room below you. Made me nervous. Pillows were like half pillows. so we had 3 pillows on each bed but 2 pillows were like the size of 1 regular pillow.
We were there 2 nights. It was pretty inexpensive and that is why we stayed there. The A/C did work good though.

Stay was enjoyable. Convenient location especially if you’re attending an event at the Maverik center. Love eating at Applebees, IHOP and Cracker Barrel. Breakfast has several options. Pool onsite but hot tub motor want working.

We were charged for makeup on washcloths - tbe little makeup wipes are not enough for more than one woman washing off makeup. Called twice to get help with this and we’ve still not heard back from anyone.

The lobby and halls had a weird cleaner smell. The room was fairly clean, but there was something blue on the toilet paper - maybe Windex, wallpaper was peeling by the shower, and we had two beetles in the bathroom. We didn't eat breakfast as the first piece of bread we grabbed was stale. Overall, it was an underwhelming stay and will not stay at this property again.

Ok hotel; could use some help
The hot pool was out of order.
The pillows (I tried them all) were horribly uncomfortable (bumpy, hard).
Breakfast potatoes were overcooked both mornings.
