A few shops close by- decent bar and good parking at rear of hotel. Breakfast buffet style and plentiful. Room ok but water pressure in the shower poor, guess cos was in a room at rear of hotel. Good for a couple nights stay

The rooms were very expensive and quite small and basic. I was expecting something much nicer considering the price. The hotel is in need of refreshing - the carpets are worn. The showers fluctuated between hot and warm without touching the temperature control. Our meal was good.

Stopover for Skye
The room itself was quite comfortable. The Bathroom space was quite tight and low water pressure made showering difficult. The bar and restaurant were quite reasonable and welcoming. The hotel is a great stopover
for access to Skye.

This is a lovely old hotel. A great place to stay for visiting the Isle of Skye and surrounding area. It is an old building so floors and doors creak. But the rooms are clean and comfortable and staff helpful. Breakfast is included. And if you so desire you can eat in the restaurant- not chefs hat but a good evening meal.

Our stay was great, we arrived early evening and we checked in with no fuss. The rooms allocated to our party were clean and spacious with all that you would expect from a hotel room. The meals were delicious and varied.

Hotel room was lovely, very clean with good space. The bar needs some charisma as the tables are lined up like a classroom with an unused snooker table table taking up much needed seating area. The town is less than appealing and was mostly closed when we visited

I needed a hotel next to the train station for early departure and is only a few hundred yards from station and bus stop so ideal for foot passengers. Coop supermarket within similar distance up a small climb. Old fashioned pub hotel spotlessly clean.

The staff were extremely friendly and made the stay enjoyable overall. They could not do enough for you The hotel is quite tired and the rooms a bit noisy. The food was lovely. Good parking.
