Quiet and nice
The friendly, helpful staff made this stay what it was. We appreciated that it had new counters, and we didn’t have to deal with the floor being old carpet (recently replaced with vinyl), but the shower room situation needs some help. They also need to move their nightstands when sweeping around; We found debris from previous guests. Overall, they did their best to accommodate all of our needs in a very quiet convenient location. I feel this was priced appropriately, which was helpful for our large family.

Not our first choice, but would stay again.
The room was decent. The mattresses were not the most comfortable. They were on a cheap looking foldable frame. The comforter was very loud when it was moved. When leaving your room, make sure to hit the lock button on the exterior of the door. It’s not like a typical hotel door lock that locks immediately. Take note of the blue sheet of paper that instructs how to turn the TV on. The vending machines took our money and didn’t dispense our selection. They say to put the “Do Not Disturb” hanger on the door if you DONT want housekeeping, which we did not hang up, and our room not was not tended to. Despite all of that, the room was very clean and the hotel was in a quiet, good location.

Bed and blinds equaled disastrous night
Beds were very uncomfortable. It was a hard mattress on a metal frame with springs. It looked and felt like a cot you'd sleep on at camp with the fold-out metal legs. Every time you'd rollover, TRYING to get comfortable, there was a terrible squeaking sound. There were no curtains, only blinds, so the light from the walkway, shone a bright light in my eyes all night through the edges of the blinds. The nosy refrigerator and heating unit cycling off and on only added to the misery.

Dated but immaculately clean
Property is quite "dated", so much so I thought I'd made a terrible mistake by booking. Once inside the room it was adequate for an ouernight stay. House keeping had done a magnificent job as the room was spotless. 3 minutes from Sight & Sound Theater.

Back to the basics
Comfy and easy acces to Branson attractions. We loved having a refrigerator and microwave in the room for late night snacks. Keyless entry was super simple and convenient. And the staff were easy to contact by text message. It's a no frills place which was perfect for our holiday because we spent our time with friends, SDC, and other tours. Very affordable.

Worth the stay!
We had a 4 night stay and enjoyed it. The rooms were super clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was great as it was close to many shows. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and great location.
Rooms were very clean. The rooms had been recently renovated and were very simple. Shower water pressure was awesome! Very hot water very quickly. Bedding and towels were all new. The breakfast was breakfast sandwiches and grab and go items. We were 8 minutes to Dolly Partons Stampede and next door to Sight and Sound. Management and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was the perfect place for a couple and their dog. We would willing to stay there again.

Would stay again
We stayed 7 nights. Owners are in the process of renovation. Room was clean and service was good. Small issues like TV mounted crooked 45 degree's off plumb made viewing a little different. No towel or clothing pins/hangers in the bathroom and no hangers or location for any in the room. If you are an early riser and want coffee or hit the road early plane on McDonalds or other location for coffee as the office and coffee availability does not open until 8AM Breakfast is a grab & go style, muffins, milk, toast, cereal etc. Price is comparable with other like hotels. This location is north of the strip about 4 miles but it is in a safe and clean area. Access to the strip is fairly easy. I used McDonalds, a short drive away as I am up by 4-5 AM and need coffee before 8AM. Overall, if you don't need or want a lot of amenities and want a safe clean and quiet place to close your eyes at a fairly reasonable price then this should work for you. I think this renovation is a work in progress so I cut them a little slack, we will see on our next vist in February or March.

Customer service was excellent. The room was lovely, but the bed was the worst. I’ve slept on. Also, there were not enough blankets to keep me warm as I slept.

Branson Ozarks is Worth the stay
The room was clean, bed comfortable and the pillows fantastic. Had trouble with but the young man showed us how to work it. In their lobby they have some food and drinks you can get for free. We will be going back the next time we are in the area.

The room was fine it has been updated and was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check in was easy. The breakfast was lacking and didn't open until 8:00 am. Also no room service, we had to go get fresh towels and wash clothes. Thanks, Monte.

2/10 Poor

Bad Experience
Room was dirty, dead bugs in floor, sheets smelled dirty. Toilet seat was broken with bolts laying in bathroom floor. Beds were like sleeping on cots and had brown stains on pillow cases and on the chair in the room. The room smelled like cigarettes. On the day of discharge, we were locked out of our room. Key code wouldn’t work so we had to wake up the manager at 6:30 am since there is no one at the front desk at that time. Would not stay here again.
