This hotel is extremely well located, there are 2-3 ATMs within walking distance from the lobby, there is a shopping mall just 600 meters from the hotel (5 min walk), my wife and I visited the mall at least 3-4 times during our 5 day stay in Chennai. We did plenty of shopping there, ate at the food court, and used one of their hair salons to style her hair for a weeding that we were attending. The breakfast buffet was really good, with live music by an artist, but the best part is the hotel staff, they were amazing, we called the reception to get help with a Sari that my wife was trying to wear for the wedding, Ms. Santhiya came and helped her for 20 minutes, my wife looked stunning as the Sari was fixed to her body to perfection. The only think that I didn't like is that this property was slightly oldest than the other two hotels that we stayed in India/Mumbai, and that the bathroom had only one sink instead of two. But the staff and location of this property more than overcompensated these very minor details.

Almost everything was expected as per the price, only issue was my working table which was very small for me ...I asked for changing the room and the staff did so. The staff is well trained and polite and always makes you feel the 'Taj' way. The property is slightly old so one might feel some items are not kept up with time. Swimming pool was great temperature was fine.

An amazing property and very welcoming. Some personal touches added such as welcome gift and departure gift to cherish our memories. A special thank you to Neha and Rajendra who looked after everything for my arrival and Srishti whilst I was there who checked me in and out always with a welcoming smile. She is worthy of being in a senior position. The room was upgraded and although some minor renovation required the quality and cleanliness was impeccable. Others in reception were also really at tentative and breakfast was a marvel. The most amazing I fly tasty food. It’s definately a property I will visit when in Chennai again for sure. Thank you everyone at Taj Club House
