Great customer service by Amanda
I was greeted at the front desk by Amanda. Amanda was very professional. Her customer service skills should be bottled and marketed. She made me feel comfortable she made me feel as though I was important and throughout her tour of duty leading into the next day and the next day when she saw me she checked on me to make sure I was okay and everything was as to expectation. Perhaps that's why they have her working the front desk however I think she should be moved up to the ladder to the next position because customer service like this is what customers like I look forward to when spending my hard or money. The hotel was a little hard to find because there's no very large sign on the door. The block has parking but sparingly however there are parking garages within short walking distances. Eateries as well as shopping is close by. The block is very quiet at night at least in the winter I don't know about the summer spring or fall. I got up every morning had a bite to eat from the buffet and a cup of coffee. The coffee was hot it wasn't very tasty but that's because of the company the brand lavazza is not my favorite at all. My hotel room was clean without any unpleasant sense nothing to complain about. The majority of my time was just that my time I didn't interact very much with the staff but when I did it was a pleasure.
