Perfect location - great hotel
This is the perfect hotel for a stay in Chicago. Transport to the all lines round the corner, including for the airport. Walking distance to the theatre district, Navy Pier, Wrigley Building etc. The staff are amazing, always welcome you back and approachable for guidance of the city. Pedro especially was so kind. The bed is very comfy, shower powerful and a clean spacious room. I'd come back here again every time.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean, and up to date. My room was kind of situated in a duck off location, which was private and quiet. The only thing that kind of made me feel uneasy was that there were no cameras in the hallway leading to my room. But overall everything went smooth. Valet was prompt. I also liked the hydration station they had on each floor, where you could get a water bottle and fill it up. I would stay again.

Terrible service, beware!
Did you know this hotel does not provide daily housekeeping service unless requested? This is not laid out when booking and not even when checking in. Room was booked for 4, towels and bedding provided only for 2. Request for more bedding was not met until night 3. When calling with these requests, front desk just hung up the phone mid-call. Hotel very basic and service terrible. Completely overpriced for what it is. Would stay at any other hotel before returning here.

Great stay
Hotel was very nice and located close to so many things to do. Room was clean and bed was comfy! They have free coffee on the 2nd floor which is a great thing. I have stayed here more than once and would stay again.
