Paulista Ave
I love love the location. It's not a quiet one. Right on Paulista Ave with 3 malls in walking distance. Many restaurants. Easiness to get transportation. Communication were all in Portuguese how when I arrived some of attendants speaks English. I will return again. There is a good deal of security there.

Poor Hospitality & Exorbitant Fees
The primary reason for my poor review for this property is because even though the room was ready, they would not let me check in early, at noon. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for checking in early. And even though I was checking out of the hotel very early the following morning (6 AM) and so would overall spend much less than 24 hours in the room.

Acústica ruim, limpeza razoável
Quarto com muito barulho vindo da rua, que é a Av. Paulista, péssima acústica, ouve-se todo barulho da rua no meio da noite. Banheiro não estava bem limpo, com mto cabelo de hospedes anteriores. O estacionamento no mesmo prédio não tem parceria nenhuma com o hotel, e está sujeito a lotação. Chegamos da volta de um passeio por volta das 20h, e o local estava com placa de lotado, tivemos que buscar outro local sem ao menos ter pesquisado antes, porque não esperávamos por essa situação. Apesar do preço baixo, preferiria pagar mais caro em um local com acomodação mais confortável.

Vale muito a pena
Muito bom, otima localização, cafe da manha vale muito a pena, é servido no Restaurante Jardan, excelente. Quarto grande, limpo, banheiro espaçoso, so faltou ter ducha higiênica no banheiro que foi o unico inconveniente e que ao meu ver é uma coisa tao simples de ser instalada e que traria mais conforto aos hóspedes.
