Nice 3 night stay - would come again!
Cute hotel, great location for Eurostar (an easy 15 mins walk away), central Brussels (20 mins) and a nice area around the hotel too with some lovely restaurants nearby (Stella, Woodpecker, Huggys and Le Rendezvous-vous des Artistes). The room was quite hot (even for January!) so we had to make adjustments here and there. The towels are terrible! But you’re not going on hols for those 😂 and I think we were lucky as our first two nights were pretty quiet but some noisy neighbours moved upstairs on the third and the soundproofing was pretty bad - fine if you’re not a light sleeper, and they do give you ear plugs! Staff were friendly and the decor is nicely done. Overall would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Great Hotel and Location in Brussels!
The Scott Hotel has a great “Roaring 1920s” vibe from the lobby to elevator to the rooms! Rooms are spacious. Brunch was very good. Front desk staff were awesome and very friendly. The location is great! We walked mostly all over but there are several tram and Metro stations nearby. 30 mins walk to Grand Place. Highly recommend Pizza Fresca (across Place Loix from the hotel), Stella (breakfast only 5 mins walk) and Le Bistro - port du Hall (pub, great food!, 8 mins walk). Hotel bar was a nice perk. We played cards in the lobby and got drinks from the bar which were great. My only complaint was that when the rooms were serviced by housekeeping they didn’t replenish the coffee pods and water bottles in the room. Also ran out of shower gel. Minor but would meant 5 star rating if rhey’d done those little things.

Hotel was beautiful. Room had lots of character and modern design. Would definitely stay again. Area around hotel is a bit dirty due to it being in a populated city but it’s of no fault to the hotel. Would give 5 stars overall because the room was great, comfortable bed, super friendly staff and very clean room. Would recommend ☺️❤️

The Hotel manager, Marian, was fantastic. Very professional and gave us great advice on how to get around town and restaurant suggestions. Had an excellent taxi at the requested time for our departure to airport. Only negatives were the two young persons serving the breakfast. They were not friendly and even laughed at people having problems with the coffee machine, Also the AC fan was noisy.

The property was ok. Front desk was helpful. Our room was extremely small and we had to walk around each other get to the washroom or our luggage as the room set up was not user friendly. Carpets in the hallways could use a deep cleaning. Bathroom was clean and bedding was clean.

Front desk staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Check in and check out were both fast and convenient. Twenty minutes walk to shopping area. We were told where to park on the streets which we were very grateful for. Highly recommend this hotel.
