The staff was nice the swimming area & hot tub was cool & the rooms was nice, clean & spacious
Bianica, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was spacious, but the cleanliness could have used some work. The Mountain View was awesome. The hotel was very easy to get to
Billy, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Balcony view was scenic. Hot tub the water was warm not hot.
Ricky, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

There was no house keeping. Roaches, horrible owner with major attitude. I do not advise staying there.
Maria, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

Room full of bugs, owner wasn’t very accommodating, felt watched and discriminated against, very uncomfortable. And the breakfast was not good, the waffle mix tasted sour like it may have been expired or made with expired ingredients.
Kiawana, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

The room was in terrible condition. The floors and couch were stained. There was a dead bug in the fridge. The tub was dirty and barely had hot water. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Charles, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever been to, very unclean, pool was nasty and closed, stains on the bed, breakfast was nasty, and pillowcases, spiders on the bed, and to top it off it took me almost an hour to check out because the man was gone, no where to be found!
Pool closed
Trash
Man gone for long periods of time
They just leave the breakfast mess out, they don't clean it up.
Christina, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

The hotel was very short staffed, only saw 2 employees our entire stay. Breakfast was scheduled from 7:45-9, but nothing was ready until 8ish. Breakfast also had very limited options, with no fruit, only one brand of cereal, etc. Both treadmills were out of order in the gym, so don’t plan on working out. Our room lock was broken with no deadbolt.
Breanna, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Vista suites is real good

The manager is a very nice man and is very helpful and the night manager Jasmine is very nice and a hard worker. I would definitely stay there again.
Bradley, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

We reserved two rooms at this hotel. Neither TV worked in either room. The sofa bed mattress in one room was ridiculously dirty and stained. Needless to say no one would want to sleep on that. The sliding door to the closet was mirrored, and the mirror was shattered at the bottom. The door would barely move to open to get a blanket out of the closet. The young lady at the front desk was a pleasure very friendly, very sweet.
Brenda, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Very bad service and the place needs a lot of work

The first night the roof was leaking and it got on both beds and on the table beside the bed and all over the phone. They put us in another room for the next night and when we got up that morning to shower there was no hot water.
Christine, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very good hotel very nice staff.
Becca, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Horrible! We had no hot water, went to front desk and she said “not again”. I can move but if you wait it will get hot. We stared to change rooms to second floor, found millipedes, roaches and more stink hugs. Went back to 4th floor room and waited 2hrs. Still no hot water found another hotel and left. Hotels.com said they contacted mgmt and they refused to refund any of it.
tom, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was clean. Bed was good. Had a wonderful view. Everyone was very friendly
jerry, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Not Recommenced

NO BREAKFAST Staff said not enough people Only stale Bagels Pancake mix on counter and over floor from yesterday Got they're on Sunday Trash by 2 story elevator sun was still their when I left Tue If you want towels take to front desk no cleaning service Staff check in never said a word on telephone .. Mor Gal never stopped talking on phone. Was going to stay 5 days checked out the second still waiting on refund of 248.24 Guess good luck on that Might have to go back to oberts
Larry, 5-night trip

2/10 Poor

NO WAY AGAIN

VERY limited breakfast. Had stink bugs on wall and ceiling. No one at front desk when checking in or need anything at all by phone at DESK. . NO ICE at all in the entire hotel and only 1 machine. Was told it was because if COVID. NOT... just tell me it's broke. I dislike any one to insulting my intelligence. We've stayed at multiple hotels and they all had ICE and someone at the front desk. Inside pool and hot tub were green. Left a day early because it was so bad. The only highlight was Jasmine who worked overnights. She was really sweet.
Linda, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Housekeeping does not straighten room daily
Catrena, 2-night trip

Latanya, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Hotel location was convenient but could have been a little cleaner. Pool was not clean at all.
Denise, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Check in was easy, called to make sure we were still coming, and understood why we were coming in later than expected! Place was a little dated, but it was decent. Will definitely be going back.
Brandy, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Old Hotel

Very outdated. The shower had mold spots. The shower rod was hanging on barely with one screw. The balcony was tiny! The coach on our room looked like ot has been used one too many times and had stains on it.
Ashley, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

No hot water, terrible water pressure, handrails on outside pool very shaky, coming out pf groundshaky
Virginia, 1-night trip
