Completely renovated and beautiful interior end to end. Beautiful views from the hotel, both to be enjoyed from the lobby, terrace, restaurant, bar and pool area. Food was great and the ambiance very cool. Only note is that this is not your typical “chill-spa-quiet-time” retreat, there is lounge music and the vibe is more upbeat. We loved it !

Very nice and new place, but for that price you should not have to pay extra to use the pools - it is not a spa, just pools - and crazy to have to pay extra for a proper cop of coffee at breakfast - they are trying to be more up-market than they should be... . And the pillows are thick and uncomfortable - so bring your own...

The hotel is beautiful. But it feels like it already falling apart. Aircon not working properly. Shower in room default. Coffee Maschine not working. Impossible to call reception - telefon not working. Missing bathrobe in room. We forgot a book in the room. So after trying to call reception for 3 days ( about 12 calls) all with out any result - we also send an email to all emails listed on the website - absolutely NO RESPONSE. So I drove there to try and get the book back. The reception tried to convince me that for sure the book was not forgotten in the room - because it was not in lost and found. I told him about our experience- since the room was feee I got to go and check in the room - and found it inside the bedside cabinet- was left on top of the bedside table. It told him this was a very poor thing to do. Just top top it off we had booked a big family room on 1 or 2 floor with a view - and got a ground floor room. It the prise was 50% lower it would be ok - because that is the price for a 3 star hotel.

The hotel is lovely, but there is still a far way to go before the overall experience matches the professionalism and hospitality levels you would expect from a hotel branding itself as luxury and among the finest. I will direct most of my feedback directly to the hotel, which seems most fair given the recently newly opened status, but for the purpose of this review I will just say that the quality of food is not at the level you would expect from the price tag. Breakfast is great, but lunch and dinner options are very overpriced and not impressive in any way.

Indretningen er noget helt andet end skandinavisk minimalisme, og det kan man jo synes om eller ej. Lækre poolområder. Virkelig dejligt at bade under åben himmel og hyggeligt med dumplingbaren. På deres hjemmeside står der Pool Club & Spa. Jeg synes, det vil være mere retvisende bare at kalde det Pool Club. Der er tre pools, lækre afslappede poolområder og sauna. Men ikke spa i

Nydelige facilitetter og tydeligvis nyt. Rent og flot, men personalet glimrede ved flere lejligheder ved at "glemme" at nævne, at der var ekstra gebyr på nogle af de servicer, man blev tilbudt. Og så manglede Hotels også at gøre opmærksom på, at adgang til spa ikke var en del af prisen. Det kunne let tilkøbes, men man skal måske tydeliggøre den slags. Spaen var glimrende og pengene værd, men for andre kan det måske blive en gamechanger.

Har besøkt stedet 4 gange siden åbning for 1 år siden og denne gang var sidste gang. Kvalitet og de vigtige små detaljer er dalet helt i bund. At man skal betale 1200 pr person pr dag, for at benytte spaafdelingen på et spahotel er ikke ok, det blev ikke præsenteret for os inden ankomsten og vi har ikke tidligere fået dette tillæg pålagt. Personalet og servicen generelt er dalet på point skalaen. Morgenmaden og udvalget er faldet i kvalitet og alle de små men vigtige detaljer er væk. Det er tydeligt at klientellet er skiftet og at der nu fra hotellets side bliver drevet forretning på de små lækre detaljer som før bare var en del af pakken. Trist at se standarden dale så langt ned af skalaen.

ALT for mange mennesker ved pool området, vanvittigt at betale så mange penge for en suite, og så gå ned i pool området og opdage at der vitterligt ikke var en kvadratmeter ledig. Man kommer kl 15:00 men værelset var først klar kl 16:15. Drinks koster 300kr med minimal alkohol i. Personale var god

Et fantastisk og luksuriøst hotel med en utrolig smuk lobby, elegant indretning og en vidunderlig atmosfære. Servicen er på allerhøjeste niveau. Personalet er yderst venligt, professionelt, opmærksomt og hjælpsomt. Man føler sig virkelig velkommen og godt tilpas under hele opholdet. Både maden og drikkevarerne er fremragende og af meget høj kvalitet. Spaområdet er helt perfekt med en fantastisk afslappende atmosfære, hvor man virkelig kan koble af og nyde øjeblikket. Den eneste ulempe var den noget uoverskuelige afregning. Vi blev opkrævet betaling for spaen to gange og måtte vende tilbage for at få fejlen rettet. Derudover havde jeg allerede betalt for morgenmaden på forhånd, men den blev alligevel tilføjet til den samlede regning ved udtjekning. Alt i alt et vidunderligt ophold med en oplevelse af luksus, komfort og service i særklasse. Hotellet ligger i den dyre ende, og netop derfor forventer man også en mere gennemsigtig og korrekt fakturering. På trods af dette vil jeg varmt anbefale hotellet!
