The hotel was so nice and clean. We got a 45 minute private onsen which we could add more 45 minute any time. It was great. Also the stuff and especially tan!! Where really great. They had a car that took us from and to the train and even to a restaurant late night because we couldn't find an open restaurant near by. I really recommend!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They will help make reservations and drive you to and from anywhere in town. There was always someone who spoke english which was great. There's several onsens that are included and you just need book a time. My wife and I had an amazing time in the Western suite with an in room onsen.
