Nice hotel, great for families
The hotel was nice we have stayed there in the past really love the pool for my grandkids unfortunately the pool was closed for majority of are stay which was the reason we picked that hotel. The hotel is also under renovation. But we will return I will just call before booking to make sure the pool will be open.

Not a fun experience!
The hotel was undergoing renovation- which was fine. Our room had been completed and we were first to stay in it. What was not fine was going to front desk to indicate that there was no plug in our jacuzzi tub as well as ?grout in the jets, some crumbled like gravel into tub and some we could not get off. They sent maintenance and housekeeping to install plug and clean it. So they both come to assess - then return a bit later (maintenance within minutes and housekeeping in 20mins. So for an hour - we sat uncomfortable in our space while they did their thing (note that housekeeper knocked then let herself in! What if I was changing?). We didn’t have much time to have jacuzzi but went to do so. Plug was not holding water. I go to front desk again. Maintenance comes back and says - I’ll get a new plug. It’s now 6:30pm - we have to leave at 7:30 for dinner reservations with friends. I note on way out that we still have no plug - nor have we heard from anyone. Get back 10:30pm - still nothing. I use a facecloth to try to plug it and then find that the taps are leaking bad - spilling water onto floor! I will also note that the tiles (although looked clean as they are white) were covered in drywall dust or something - discovered as we leaned over tub. After everything they offered us 50% off to stay 2nd night. So $600 for a 1 night experience….they moved our room and we found a bug in morning on jacuzzi that was not there before - phone said it was a flea!!!!

It was a fine stay but not worth $420 for two nights. The bath tub was gross and someone else’s hair was on the soap holder. There was a part of the ceiling in the shower sagging with a little hole in it. There was a loose tile on the bathroom floor right in front of the toilet. The bathroom door was splattered with something .. and it had ran down from the handle. Super dusty. Just crazy I was expecting a lot better quality for the amount we had to pay. The hallway was so hot like it was a crazy difference from our room. It was also very loud in the hallway with the other guests we could hear them in the room next to us. The elevator and hallway carpet was so old and worn down. I don’t get how they can leave it super outdated and charge outrageous prices. Won’t be going back here.
