Segunda vez nesta viagem, dessa vez em um grande quarto, super cama, dando para o Rio Tapajós. Frigobar e ar muito bons, tambem a super ducha ! Café da manhã ok. Ponto negativo para os móveis da recepção que deveriam ser trocados pois são feios, desconfortáveis e insuficientes. A localização não é boa, necessitando transporte para ir ao centro e nada ao redor.

A good option in Santarem, with huge rooms!
The hotel is great, rooms are huge, beds are very comfortable, but some rooms need maintenance. In the first room I stayed in, the air conditioning had no blades and in the second room the shower broke while I was showering and dropped some dirt on me... The restaurant located inside the hotel is expensive for the quality they offer. The fish that I ordered wasn't well cooked and I had to return it. Anyway, this hotel is still better than most in Santarem, staff is great and breakfast is really delicious!!!

Fui surpreendido negativamente com a experiência no hotel, que se apresenta como luxuoso e o melhor de Santarém. Dentro os muitos pontos negativos, elencarei apenas alguns: atendimento e recepção péssimos; barata no quarto; condicionadores de ar das áreas internas do hotel permanentemente desligados; condicionadores de ar dos quartos com mal funcionamento; vazamento de água no banheiro; comida do restaurante e atendimento de má qualidade; luzes das áreas internas constantemente desligadas; quartos não atendiam às descrições; hóspedes pagando o mesmo valor, mas destinados arbitrariamente a quartos, ora mais luxuosos, ora muito básicos; nenhuma ajuda para carregar as bagagens, mesmo havendo carrinhos para tal parados no hall de entrada; equipe de funcionários despreparada; estrutura geral do hotel decadente; baixo custo-benefício. Um dos poucos pontos positivos é a área externa com piscina.
