Older building but not bad
Place is definitely and older building. Almost feels like it used to be a motel turned into a hotel. The place is definitely NOT a resort at all but it’s not bad. I would stay again.

My card was charged for a full week even with a hurricane coming in and they knew we would have to evacuate. I am now having issues getting a refund. They told me when I checked out early I would receive a refund and they will not respond to messages. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional business.

The restaurant is amazing…felt like truly on vacation as we ate gourmet food. Tiki and pool is bonus. One of favorite place to stay in the area.

Bad service, I had to change the room keys 3 times, walk 300 feet each time because the key didn't work, the front desk employee, Rhonda didn't even apologize to me, for the walk, I'll never come back.

Emergency responders helping out regionally in the area needing a last minute couple of rooms. Easy booking, good availability of parking, and very nice older resort appearance. Upon Che I in we had dinner first at the restaurant located up front and it was excellent with a nice variety and good service. Check in then went flawless as staff Rhonda and Mo were professional and courteous and fun. Got a beautiful room for me and my colleague and went to rooms to work on emergency response duties for the next day. Unfortunately, at no fault of the establishment, the power went out and we could not perform work with any of our electronics or charge our phones or print which was very disappointing. But still no failure of the establishment so when morning came and still only emergency power available, we departed for the field without breakfast. The staff were notified of our situation and we requested another night since power was re established but at a discount. They responded initially but never followed up or gave us any form of response. So for that I give their management a 2/5 based on poor communication and response. We were only asking for discounted room rate as this place is pretty nice. Great tiki pool we didn’t use and outdoor resort tropical feel. Just learn to follow up with your customer s as we now have over 30 employees arriving and will need accommodations again and for a lengthy amount of time.
