Booked a deluxe suite, arrived late on the evening and they greeted me by saying they have no rooms left cause they overbooked. Okay, mistakes happen... expect on multiple booking services it seemed they still had rooms left.
I had paid already and they (both the clerk and the general manager we called) assured me I'll be refunded promptly and I need nothing in writing from them, things will take care of themselves. Sure... expect they don't reply to the multiple calls/emails from Hotels.com and don't seem to even intend to refund me. How surprising.
5-Star service? No, far from it.
What it's worth, the place looked nice, but not nearly as nice as in the pictures.
Avoid, there's plenty of better stuff around.
