Super Nice Resort

It was super nice to stay at this resort with my husband! I sincerely recommend this resort for family and especially for newlyweds like us. It has beautiful pools and it offers a lot of fun and meaningful activities like yoga or drawing programs. As well as, it offers shuttle buses to the downtown and the airport so it was very convenient to stay at this resort till the end of the day and move to the airport. Also all of the staff were super nice but among them, Ms. Nhat Uyen was super kind! For Korean like us, she opened a kakao channel which made us to communicate so easily. Hope we could visit this resort once again later!

Absolutely loved this hotel. From the minute we arrived and throughout our stay we received great service from the friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful, spacious room with a sea view which was kept immaculate by staff. Excellent choices for breakfast. A la carte breakfast at The Colonial was delicious and we ate at Lang Viet most nights which offered a great choice of regional Vietnamese dishes.

When I visited, they welcomed me kindly. They checked to see if there were any inconveniences until I left, so I was able to have a happy time. Green clean grass/gardens are always satisfied. and swimming pools were big enough. The best thing about this resort is the sea side rest and sea swimming. it is very clean compare to any other resorts around Camrahn area.

Lovely surroundings, great staff, good food (albeit dinner was expensive for the amount of food). Not the most convenient location, but a Grab to Nha Trang was about 350,000 VND (£12) each way.

Loved sunbeds

Room condition was all the time good. Housekeepings were done as we felt it was needed. Best part was the sunbeds near by the restaurant which enables me to enjoy the widen grass view and swimming at the pool at the same time.

Omg Anam became my fav resort after 5day stay!! Its 360deg gorgeous, from the big lawn all the way to the beach, breathtaking view!! Staff are very friendly, especially Trang (one of the waitress workings at both the breakfast place and Viet Lang restaurant. she remembered our room number after 1day!) I have already planned to come back next summer witb my parents and best friend's family together!!

Very calm and peaceful place with nature. Surrounded by palm trees and flowers. it’s so good for me to stay with my family during my vacation. In addition, the sunrise yoga class everyday next to the beach is the best experience in my life. I’ll never forget. I love the restaurant, room service, facilities and so on. The Anam resort exceeded all my expectations with its stunning beachfront location and breathtaking ocean views. The room was spacious, immaculately clean. My family loved spending time at the gorgeous 3 swimming pools, which offered the perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. Entire staff was professional and welcoming, making the whole experience feel truly special. I have to give a special shoutout to Ms. Min, Senior manager who made my stay extraordinary! Her assistance through Kakao Talk was invaluable - she was like having a personal concierge at my fingertips! What really impressed me was her quick responses and genuine care for making my stay comfortable. She went above and beyond with her excellent English communication, helping me with everything from local recommendations to resort facilities. About 30 minutes from Nha Trang city center, easy taxi ride, dont pay more than 250k. Welcomed warmly with a drink and cookies. Beautiful grounds with low lights to enjoy the ocean sounds and stars. Grass throughout along with easy walkways meant for barefoot walking. Service is above and beyond with kindess and respect. Staff is on it and remember the things you enjoy and who you are. The beach is very beautiful with mild waves easy for children or even bad swimmers to enjoy. There is a shuttle once a day for free to city center, and one return shuttle at 4pm. Drinks and food are truly delightful and tasty. Several pools to relax in or sit on a lounge chair and enjoy beach sounds. We appreciated the care this resort took to be a leader in low trash and waste with not one plastic option on premises. Water is refilled in rooms in glass daily, napkins are all material and all room amenities are in paper boxes....no straws. Loved it here and would come back again!

During my recent 3-night stay at The Anam Resort, I suffered severe food poisoning after attending a seafood BBQ party recommended by the resort on the first night. By the following morning, I was experiencing intense stomach pain, diarrhea, vomiting, and headaches. I sought assistance from the on-site nurse and later visited an emergency room, where a doctor diagnosed food poisoning caused by contaminated food. Initially, the resort offered tea and a comforting message, and I appreciated their warm response. However, the next day, I received a message implying my illness was due to my "sensitive stomach" and advising me to avoid raw foods, suggesting that the responsibility was mine. Even after I explained the doctor’s diagnosis, the resort maintained that no other guests were affected, thus implying their food and hygiene were not at fault. When I expressed my discomfort with this response, I was told it was a "misunderstanding" and was asked to meet in person. Expecting an apology, I attended the meeting, but felt the focus was more on preventing a negative review than on genuine concern for my experience. This incident led to a loss of trust in The Anam’s food safety and customer service. Unfortunately, my trip was overshadowed by illness and disappointment, and I would hesitate to recommend this resort based on my experience.
