Very friendly Staff. A bit pricy for accommodations... was not too happy about their stinginess! I canceled one of the nights of one the rooms, and still payed for the stay - In return they did not allow me to remain in the room past 2:30pm on the remaining room... Localização e atendimento são excelentes.
Reservei quarto luxo com varanda, mas o quarto tinha carpete, o cheiro muito forte de umidade, pedi outro quarto e logo o Marcos, ds recepção, nos colocou em outro quarto, menor mas puso frio e mais arejado. O atendimento dos funcionários nota 10, o hotel está em reforma, acredito que logo estará em melhores condições. A localização é excelente.
