it seems efficient if everything is automatic and self served, but on the other hand, there's no warm interaction with staff, so it also looks cold and unfriendly. i would also suggest the amenities be put into the rooms, and NOT letting the occupants take them freely, people are greedy, they would just take and take, getting what they think worth of how much they had paid. one more thing, somebody tried shuffling with our door lock in the middle of the night, and woke us in shock because of the loud banging... we really felt slight danger at that moment... it turned out maybe the man remembered the wrong room number, but already it made us nervous all through the night!! these are just my personal thoughts, no offense.

I honestly do not remember much of anything in Osaka as it was just a blur, oh yes, it was right across from the Dontoburi night market!!! This facility had endless supplies of amenities and i loved the shampoo and conditioner in the room it made my hair so soft and tameless! Staff is friendly but be forewarned do not i repeat do not use the laundry machines as it took over 2 hours to waah and dry and even after drying for 3 hours clothes remained damp! I had to hang dry majorly of clothes in the room. I had a cargo pant ans sweather which I ended up taking to the front desk and asked they dry it for me. Room is very tight and barely any space to get around. There is no area for habging out but in the lobby, but the lobby is very busy! This is a very lively and noisy area, but clean hotel rooms.

I can only give this place 2 stars! While the staff are helpful, the rooms are in dire need of renovation and proper cleaning. Carpets and walls are stained, washroo ceiling corners are filled with mold and room-service cleaning wasn’t that good. The good is that check-in and check-out process are smooth and hotel location is close to everything. Next time I would book somehwere further though.
