Everything a budget option should be. Helpful and friendly staff — I arrived hungry and late, and night staff recommended a taco/quesadilla option diagonally across the street I]which had no signage and I would otherwise havr]e missed. The hotel’s own restaurant had good breakfasts. AC was quick and efficient. I don’t travel for TV, but it was nice to have a TV with a wide range of options.

This is a very good hotel within the context of the area and price. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The room and lobby were maintained spotless and beds comfortable. There are good restaurants in walkable distance. The zocalo is a few blocks away and there is a great natural foods restaurant nearby called La Botanica, a nice surprise among teaditional.fare. taxi is required to ger ro the beaches but the price is very affordable.

Te venden una cosa y cuando ingresas al hotel las espectativas bajan de manera considerable el internet muy malo el servico de tv malisimo no se ven los canales y considero que no deberia de pasar

No me isieron válida mi reservación dijieron que no estaba pagada mi habitación y me trataron muy mal y el hotel olía fuertemente a sustancia ilícita a marihuana y el personal está faltalmente capacitado me trataron muy mal y querían que yo pagara nuevamente la habitación cundo yo ya había pagado con tarjeta por medio de la app y me tuve que retirar con mi bebé de 6 meses y mi hija de 10 años a las 11 de la noche por una calle obscura arriesgando a mis hijas.

No volvería a este hotel.
En la habitación no servía al 100 el aire acondicionado por lo que se sentía muchísimo calor, tienen a la mitad una rampita terrible que no sirve de nada, es peligrosísima, deberían empajejar el piso. La TV no servía, encontramos un par de cucarachas medianas, solo nos dejaron un shampoo y un jabón cuando éramos 5 personas. Y a la salida hay una rampa muy resbalosa en la que me caí, entré a decirles que tenían que mejorar esa parte y al chico de recepción no le importó, prácticamente ni atención me puso.
No volvería a este lugar.
