Great location for Lourdes, on street parking is a plus. The place is nice and clean the bed was remarkably soft and uncomfortable.
We arrived around 1am and the hotel was open; that was great and not usual in the town.

Excellent hotel very near to the Sanctuary, restaurants and a lovely position on the river.
The staff at reception and housekeeping could not be more helpful and were welcoming and friendly.

Hotel was clean throughout, staff were friendly, sorted out a few issues we had promptly. Very informative except they didnt tell us that we had to pre-book the spa area or that we couldnt share it with other guests or that we had to pay a fee! So my suggestion is that you put this information on your hotel website so guests know before they book.

It was in a lovely location. Very very convenient for the sanctuary. Staff were great. The room was comfortable. Only problem was the carpet was filthy and that was a shame.

This was very modern and clean,The staff were very nice and friendly, the room was very comfortable, the spa was lovely and the buffet breakfast had everything anyone could wish for.
I would return here in the future and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Lourdes.
The location was perfect and we had a lovely view of the river, 10 out of 10, perfect stay.

Nice hotel close to the Sanctuary
We stayed at this middle of September but rainy and in the 60’s outside. The room was pretty cold. Otherwise the staff was excellent and the continental breakfast was good. The location is also very good, close the the Sanctuary. I rate this hotel 3 stars with a 5 star service.

It is located across the river , the view is really nice, but you need to ignore the carpet of the rooms because that needs to be replaced asap. They offer european breakfast so you can make a sándwich or have good cofee and bread, cereal. The personnel is efficient and friendly helping. It is located at a waking distance from the sanctuary. Perfect.
