Great Hotel, only one issue was my room was like an ice box. I alerted staff and offered a solution. Hopefully there will be something in place for my next visit. This is the only reason for the 4 stars or would be 5. Food was outstanding both dinner and breakfast. Would definitely give this another go as overall was a very nice hotel

Perfect Ellon spot to visit the area
From check in to check out - 1st class service, food and entertainment. Rooms are excellent - a bath perfect - breakfast and evening meals superb. All the facilities were spot on.

Not disappointed
First time staying at New Inn, even though we have attended many events and meals over 40 years.
Not disappointed. Check in fast and friendly. Room, cosy, clean and very comfortable.
Staying at Hotel as we were attending an event. Food was excellent, very tasty with large helpings. Staff all very efficient, friendly and helpful.
Free parking around the side of Hotel.

From check in to check out, all of the staff on reception, the bar and restaurant and the domestic staff could not be friendlier and more helpful. The young man on reception made sure there was a table for my friends and I in the bar and that we had a view of a television to watch international rugby, even though the rest of the bar were watching football and the barman made sure the channel was changed for us.
There is a great variety of food on the menu from the snacks to the meals and all are great quality too.
My room was large, clean and comfortable with all of the amenities necessary. The bed was extremely comfortable so I had a great sleep.
This is the second time I have stayed here and I will happily return.
