Disappointing
The front desk person, Jonathan, was not helpful at all. He denied us an early checkin (one of the benefits) of Bon Voy membership. When we explained that my wife was quite ill, he didn't change his position. We napped on the couch for several hours, all the while he indicating there was no clean room he could place us in. The hotel was perfect and good value for the cost.

Great staff and service
It was an amazing stay because of Daisy who went above and beyond by accommodating our request to have the free breakfast the morning of the day we checked in. It was a long flight from Toronto and a 3 hour wait at the immigration in Bogota, we were hungry and tired. It was disappointing that the other employees didn't want to listen maybe due to language barrier. Overall, it was a great stay, Daisy saved the day!
