Our stay was wonderful, the staff was so friendly and considerate, they know we arrived on an early flight and we were exhausted they put us in area that would not hear much noise so we can rest. This hotel is in the middle of everything in the most beautiful town, you can literally see everything from the balcony. I have recommended this hotel to all my friends.

Good hotel in a cute little neighborhood. It has more of a boutique-y vibe compared to a standard Marriott but I found it to be quite charming. The neighborhood is a bit trendy so if you’re looking for something more traditional, this might not be it. It’s about a 15-20 min walk from the city center/zocalo. They conveniently offer a free shuttle to anywhere within a 5mile radius, so that was a nice option. I can see how the surrounding area might be a bit sketchy but luckily we did not encounter any issues. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

It is a nice property, well located, with parking. The only thing that is terrible is the bathroom where you have nowhere to put a single thing. Not practical at all. We had to put a table inside to be able to put a towel and toiletries

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel and its amenities. Some of the cons was that our room was next to their laundry room and we would hear the washing machines and dryers throughout the day. Also, the shower would leak unto the bathroom floor and placing a towel on the floor would just keep the whole floor wet. The bathroom didn't have ventilation so it would smell damp soon after a shower. The pros were that the restaurant had good food and the staff from the front doormen, cleaners, front desk, and driver were courteous and professional.

Cool: Comfy rooms, great pillow selection, friendly staff, lovely space, situated in a quiet, more residential part of town, a nice walk away from the main attractions of the centro. Not so cool: If you want parking, it's available but tough to get in and out of. 3 floors underground and no lift, so be prepared to hike your luggage up a narrow flight of stairs. The pool is functional but very small and needs maintenance.
