The building has stairs that would be challenging if you had problems walking or climbing, but they warn about this in their website

The Arabesque is a beautiful and unique place to stay in the old city of Acre. We had a fantastic experience there--the staff is incredibly welcoming, the rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. It is a little hard to find because of the many small alleyways in the city, but once there, you are in a lovely haven that is centrally located to the market and the waterfront. Highly recommend!

Unique and memorable place to stay
OVERALL: One of the most unique and memorable places I've ever stayed in the world. PROS: Unique design, and each room is different. Comfortable. Great service with friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast included, with made-to-order eggs. Seating area on the roof with a fantastic view. And an easy walk to the waterfront area, with restaurants and beautiful sunsets over the water. CONS: It's in the middle of a maze of narrow alleyways; we got lost looking for it and didn't feel entirely safe wandering around. (Once we found it and learned the route, getting to / from was easy.) No onsite parking, but you can park for free by the lighthouse on the waterfront nearby.

Fabulous historic boutique hotel
A wonderful Ottoman era hotel in the heart of Old Akko. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The location is great with 5 minute’s walk to Crusader citadel, market bazaar, Al Jazzar mosque, great restaurants and much more

We stay at this Hotel from May 10 to the 13. The staff were incredible and bent over backwards to help. The breakfast very very tasty and plentiful. The Hotel was clean and our stay in the Green Room was beyond our expectations. Be prepared it is right in the middle of the Old City so no parking and not elevator. Staff met us and took our luggage to the property. We look forward to returning to the property.

Delightful Stay in Acco
Stay was wonderful. Hotel was unique, perfectly located, and very clean and well kept. Breakfast was bountiful and delightful. If I could change one thing it would be the mattress--rather hard, especially for tired legs! Otherwise, a one of kind experience that I would recommend.

Beautiful and clean.
Amazing little bed and breakfast in a very old building. I love this little clean, comfortable hotel conveniently located and run by the most friendliest and kindest and nicest man and his son. He really presented the most amazing breakfast and was a great chat. The rooms were huge with high ceiling and very quiet and clean.

A gem of a property in the old city
Wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We were able to drop our bags for storage so we could go explore the old city & come back later to check in. The bed was very comfortable and was a welcome benefit after the last hotel we were at. So many choices for breakfast that were brought right to our table. We even had fresh made scrambled eggs with local herbs-yum! The hotel was just up the street from the Ramchal Visitor Center, so just follow those signs when you are coming into the old city. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful atmosphere, generous breakfast!
I had a great stay at Arabesque with my family. We had two rooms, one in each building. The two buildings are about 20 feet apart from each other. The rooms and buildings are unique and have a great old-city atmosphere. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms updated with good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was a feast with tons of local cuisine options! The only negative we experienced was that breakfast was running late on the morning we checked out. We parked in the free moat parking lot which was about a 10 minute walk through the old city. Take note, the city has lots of narrow alleyways and cobblestones to navigate with your suitcase. And the hotel has a number of stairs as well. I would be happy to stay here again!

What a unique and wonderful boutique experience. If you want to stay in 300 years if history stay here. This charming Crusader town has so much history. Fascinating to see. We also so enjoyed the owners, their friends and the overflowing delicious breakfast served in a separate building with its own charm. Granted this is not a fancy American hotel stay but you’ll never get to experience this charm anywhere else. Definitely worth a night’s stay.

This is a beautiful oasis in the rawness that is the city of Acre. The staff are accommodating a kind. Our room was historic and enchanting. The breakfast is a delightful way to start the day in a city with so much history to share.

This is a very unique hotel and is perfect if you want the feel of Acre. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a local flavors feast and is brought out to you with great care and preparation. I really enjoyed the cappuccino/latte maker in the breakfast/atrium area as well as the rooftop balcony area where you can see out to sea. The hotel can be a little tricky to find but if you follow the directions the hotel emails you, with the starting point at the lighthouse parking, it makes it a lot easier to get to. I would certainly stay here again.
