"Staff all very pleasant and friendly and very helpful when answering queries. Foo d at dinner time and breakfast was very nice. The little arcade was very popular with young ones. Would recommend for families and will definitely stay there again."

"Everything very clean and comfortable, only negative was we only had 1 room key between the two of us. As we checked in late (around 10pm), having unpacked, I realised I had left something in the car, but then my wife had to stay in darkness in the room as I needed the key to get back up from the ground floor. That said, I wouldn’t hesitate in returning"

"Staff were amazing - so helpful on Reception. Upgraded us as it was my birthday. Cleaning staff asked if there was a problem with the room as we had switched rooms - shows they care. Clean and comfortable. Room was a little cold and couldn’t get the heating/ AC unit to warm the room but to be fair, I didn’t ask for assistance as it was late. "
