Port Aransas is the first getaway that comes to mind in the summer. Its beaches are clean with lifeguards available. If visitors want to explore surrounding areas, Corpus Christi is not too far away.

Such a friendly community!!! Very safe, walkable and I highly recommend renting E-bikes for transportation around and on the beach. Or rent a car with AW or 4W drive, to drive on the beach road.

Beaches are clean and always have a wonderful tropical breeze. Best part you can park your vehicle right on beach where you are set up.The Ferry's should get a lot of credit for their operation, they do a great job getting you safely on & off Port A.

We love port a. Fun little town that is what you want it to be. If you want to drink and party, you can do that. If you want to relax and chill alone, you can do that. If you want to vacation with your family and fish, you can go that.

They have done a lot to clean up the beaches around the area, love to see them keeping the beaches clean, so many trash cans to help with that
"Beds were clean and the cleaning service is great. They do t automatically clean so you do have to request ahead of time.
Tub stopper was broken and I like to be able soak so that was a point deduction for me.
Breakfast was included and has typical dry cereals, toasts, bagels, yogurt, juice, and waffles that you make yourself. The toaster didn’t work and only one waffle maker was working so if you’re ok with waiting 30-40 minutes to make waffles then you would have hot waffles. "
"Great hotel! Slept like a baby…and breakfast was fantastic. Margaret at the front was so welcoming and kind. I would definitely stay again; however, I never got a receipt so I don’t know how much I was charged for my room. "
