We went end June/early July and it was lovely weather, but my wife & I both caught a sickness virus that lasted 24-48 hours & we were told that allegedly there was a sickness virus going around the island. We found several other people at the hotel who had also had the same symptoms."

The hotel is let down by the relentless desire from staff to close the pool by 6pm, aggressively pulling umbrellas down from 5.40pm and generally feeling like you’re an inconvenience are the pool, whilst on holiday. The hotel is clean, the food is fine (although 3 or 8 of us had food related illness) and the location on the coast is perfect. The views are 5 star but it certainly isn’t a 5 star resort. Wouldn’t return or recommend but it was fine for a week...

"Hotel is a little dated, quiet location. 20mins to old town. Staff very happy and accommodating. We had a Seaview room with an amazing view. We paid for the all inclusive package, buffet, lunch and dinners, we stayed 3 nights and every day the food was changed. Whilst it was a buffet the quality of food was great for a buffet. We enjoyed our brief stay, too many great staff to single anyone out. "

Kos Town is walking distance but there is also a bus stop right outside and electric scooters to hire which are cheap and easy to use. "Firstly, this was a business trip and this was the only property available for a certain number of our days there, so a place like this was pretty inconvenient for my purposes and not someplace I wanted to stay. For business travelers, Kos Marina area is better. This property was clean enough. I had a room with a great view and private tiny pool. Stress the word tiny, but still nice. The gym is barely a gym. Would have been nice to have better, but it did the job. The buffet is a buffet. ...

"An excellent holiday. Great range of superb food choices in the many restaurants. The pool areas and beach meant you always had a different view and you could get drinks and snacks from the many bars and kiosks around the resort. The staff were unfailingly polite and hardworking and made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. "
