"This property is great. 10 minutes from the KRO airport, free shuttle. food is very good , good bar and wonderful friendly staff. we got a free Swahili lesson and even took a cooking lesson with chefs in the kitchen. Wonderful pool with dedicated bar. as Arnold Swartznagger says, " I'll be bach!""

"We were so glad we booked this brilliant lodge for the beginning and end of our amazing Tanzanian trip. Harry and his partner should be congratulated on how beautiful the grounds are, for how well furnished the rooms are and for how well run the lodge is. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were outstanding and the quality of the food was excellent. Also having the beautiful gardens to wander around watching the wild birds and three species of monkey was unforgettable. "This place is gorgeous! Staff is amazing, beautiful rooms, great food. Trust the process of getting there. The road in is a little discouraging, but you’ll be so happy when you arrive. Highly recommend for a nearby airport stay. "

"Peaceful spot just outside Arusha, with lots of monkeys hanging around outside to watch as you chill with a drink. The pool was lovely and the whole place has a premium feel with great service. Would definitely come back - this was the perfect start to my safari hol as a solo 30yo female traveller :)"

"The views of Mt Meru and the surrounding bush country were magnificent. The grounds include banana, papaya, mango, pineapple and avocado plants/trees, all of which enhance the experience. The staff were extremely attentive and polite. All speak English. We loved the food so much my wife wanted to bring the chef home (joking of course, but high praise). The lodge staff were trained as part of a program to provide a good livelihood to local residents who otherwise would have limited opportunities. While the lodge is remote (not in Arusha city), it is close to Arusha National Park, and lodge staff will provide driving tours (for extra cost), which is well worth it."
