The hotel is very cute and clean. The team are extremely friendly, wonderful to have a chat with, gave great recommendations and overall superb service. The breakfast was small but great choices and the staff at the rooftop restaurant were so polite. Locatiom is great with lots of restos around and easy to get to the main sites in Athens. Lastly, the view from the rooftop at night time is amazing!!

We had a fabulous time in Athens, great city to visit. The pinnacle is a fantastic place to stay, right in the centre, close to train station. Staff were very helpful, friendly and genuinely great. We had dinner in the restaurant one night, simply delicious, food and staff , wonderful views from the rooftop bar. Highly recommend

We stayed just one night. The location was pretty fantastic and the staff was friendly, helpful and addressed all our needs. However, this is an older looking hotel than others we have stayed in and this was particularly true of the plumbing. The hotel requested that all tissue be disposed of in a waste basket not the toilet. We understood that tissue could clog the old pipes and we complied. But I am not a fan of having to do this so I would not stay here again. If you don’t mind, this is a really great hotel choice.

This is an amazing hotel and was in a great location! The staff provided over the top customer service. They even saw us getting out of the car and came out to the street to meet it. It was wonderful!! So friendly and helpful not only within the hotel but they recommended places for us to visit and how to get there. Can’t say enough good things about this place! We had to hastily rearrange our itinerary and our stay at the pinnacle, and the hotel team were very very helpful. The room was very comfortable, though getting the room temperature right (in February when it's a bit chilly outside) was a challenge. The view of the Acropolis from the top floor bar is awesome. The corrugated iron front on the closed bookshop next door to the hotel was a little off putting, but the hotel itself was in very good condition
