We were given a disability room that we definitely had not requested. The bedroom was small and cramped. The bathroom was large, but dark because the main light was not working. The shower faucet was pulled out from the wall with screws hanging out. After 2 requests, a maintenance person finally came to make the faucet useable. He told us the other repairs would be made the following day.

The property needs better maintenance of the rooms. The room to our room had a large gap between the door and the floor which made it easily accessible for rodents, insects, etc. The property needs to be updated, replace worn towels, lighting needs to be addressed--one fixture had mix of florescent and LED bulbs; the bathroom heat lamp had a LED bulb it--obviously not heat being generated. Very disappointed.

Small roaches on wall, generally unclean except for clean sheets. Property poorly kept (torn shower curtain, rusted curtain rods, dirty/scrapped walls, worn mattresses) and false advertising regarding condition of property. Good AC.

Very pleasant customer service. Room and breakfast were clean and well done. Lots of random furniture fixtures and odds and ends laying the halls etc. and the chandelier had half its light bulbs out. Just speaks to a lack of concern for detail. Other wise it was a decent stay

I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. We pulled up and were turned off by the appearance but checked in anyway. Then when we pulled around to park it felt more like a dingy motel. Signs posted saying leave nothing in cars due to theft. The room was dirty and OLD. We left the keys in the room and left. Wasted money bc we went down the road to Hampton Inn and got a room instead. This place did not feel like a safe place at all. Wish we never booked it and lost money on a room we didn’t use.
