Clean room, but too small. The hot tub does not work, please take note of that…and it was not fixed even after I brought it to the attention of the staff. I appreciate they accommodated my wife, who had an injury, but if you are coming for a property that has a hot tub, this is not one.

Front desk guy Micheal was very friendly and gave us great information on restaurants and activities near by, pool area was quite and nice beds in rooms probably need to be replaced they were worn and sunk in. Breakfast was normal as in most hotels. Rooms are extra small but all in all I would give that hotel a 7

Horrible experience
Stayed here for one night. The walls were paper thin. The room next to us was having a party at 2am. We called the front desk to complain and nothing was done. At 3:30 am heard a large argument next door and someone banging on our door. This went on for at least 30 minutes. Again called front desk and nothing was done. Finally went down to request another room. Got a room that had wet floors, smelt like vomit and AC did not work. Slept for a total of 2 hours. Absolute nightmare. We're not ones to complain but this was next level nonsense. We intend on contacting Hotels.com to receive a full refund as front desk said they could do nothing.

Horrible Experience
The check-in took over an hour because the front desk man seemed very confused, talked too much, and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Our room had a cockroach in it, and then we had the front desk man telling us we couldn't change rooms. Thankfully the front desk lady got us a different room. My eggs at breakfast tasted like bug spray so I spit them out. The bug spray tasted in my mouth lasted all day no matter what I did to get rid of it. The hotel had overflowing trash cans, and other not so clean happenings. We were supposed to stay more nights but we canceled and book a different hotel. We love Hampton Inns but this one is an embarrassment to Hamptons.

Not a good hotel
Yolanda, the front desk clerk was one of the most unfriendly persons that I have experienced at checking in at a hotel. I eventually got into a room which was disgusting. Stains on the floors in the carpet and on the desk as well as no curtains, no privacy, shade, and speaking of that the Window trim and valance was ripped off the wall and just hanging there. I don’t see myself ever staying at this particular location again. Hilton needs to send someone from corporate to this location and get it fixed and offer Yolanda some customer service training.
