The outside of the hotel is not great. I was very skeptical upon arrival. But the room was just as described. Very very clean, comfortable bed, nice linens, spacious and gave us a very great night’s rest for our stay! The front desk staff (nephew of the owner) was absolutely delightful and helpful. We feel he went over and beyond to make our stay a great one. He was so kind and friendly. We enjoyed our stay while we volunteered for hurricane clean up for the weekend!

The room itself was clean, we could smell bleach upon arrival and the office staff was very friendly. The hotel has been recently somewhat renovated, however there were a few things missing from the room - no towel hooks in bathroom, no luggage rack or place to hang clothes. We could hear people very loudly moving around above us. There was also no maid service during our stay. We had to go to the front desk for fresh towels/wash clothes.

There was no hot water. The outside of the building looks like it was being repaired. The room was very clean and I felt comfortable sleeping. The only guy I seen as staff was very helpful.

It is a sad lonely motel. The motel was almost empty during out stay. Pool covered, no amenities. Registration clerk was nice but nothing was asked of him. Deposit on the room was excessive.

Severely disappointed in my experience here. Paid for a king bed ahead of time only to get told all the rooms w king beds are under renovation/construction, elevator down, pool closed, dried urine on the toilet when we arrived…. Again just an overall disappointing stay. I will say that the wifi was good but other than that I don’t have anything positive to mention here
