Don’t Stay Here!!!
Where do I start. There was a crack head lady walking around 5 door down on the “phone” cussing extremely loud for an hour. Homeless people all around. Someone using the washer or dryer at 2:00 in the morning (literally sounded like coke cans tumbling!). People arguing around 3:00 am loud! And finally the air conditioning unit did not work. At first it cooled then shut off when it reached temperature. When started up again it blew very HOT air. Had to turn it off. Literally the worst experience I have ever had. Got very little sleep. Would love a refund but doubt that will happen.

Disappointment 😞
Upon entering the room noticed that a light bulb was missing next to the bed and the bathroom fan was not working. Also there was no ice bucket in the room. Also the stair landing light was not working on tje second floor and the exit sign on the 3rd floor was ripped off of the wall. On Sunday morning we were abruptly awoken to the fire alarm thay had been pulled as a hoax. I fwlt thay we should have been allowed to sleep in a bit and allowed to leave at 1230pm. Also the beakfast bar was closed by 9am instead of 930am.

The area has homeless people in and around. We were on the second floor and went to take the elevator downstairs but a homeless had his grocery cart inside, was asleep and it smelled of urine and cigarettes.

Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast hostess was very nice.

Bathroom had hair on the floor and walls, comforter had a big brown stain on it. The inside stairs carpet that led to the upper levels were black and looked filthy.

wouldn’t recommend unless you have no options
we needed a place we could stay off the 5 between oregon and los angeles and this was one of the few places that took multiple dogs and had a lower pet fee of $25.
the place has been updated, new floors and furniture etc. still pretty bare and basic and stucco ceiling. can’t paint over everything i guess. not sure the floors had been vacuumed or mopped at all. definitely other people’s hair on the floor and in the bedding. dried dog pee on the bathroom door and on the edge of the desk, couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air/fan until the next morning we found the thermostat hidden behind a lamp shade.
bedding was very uhhh lite, just a thin sheet over a thin comforter and three tiny pillows for the king bed. frankly i slept in my outside clothes like I was camping.
there was quite a bit of activity in the parking lot, cars coming in and out, one vehicle was being jumpstarted by another. not sure if they were guests or just staging in the parking lot but it didn’t feel very safe. lots of folks hanging out on the balconies smoking.
