Noise pollution

The rooms are nice and are cleaned every day. The heating is very very loud when it should reach the desired temperature. Sleeping is impossible, so always have to turn it off at night. This would be less good in winter. The fridge also whistles all the time.

We loved the upgrade to a suite, it was perfect for my business trip, the view of the vity was amazing a perfect backdrop to a wonderful room. We were treated well and we enjoyed our stay it was a wonderful day I definatelly recommend this hotel and I will come again.

Needed more time

Was great for an overnight stay! Great location. When i have more than 1 night ill definitely come back. The views from the room was nice from the 12 floor. No fog was a plus. Didnt get a chance to partake at the bar. Just needed more time. Albert the door guy was great!!!

El hotel muy bien ubicado, muy bonito, elegante, sin embargo el minibar siempre estuvo solo a pesar de que me ofrecían descuentos en bebdidas del minibar, pero esta bien, mo fue problema, lo que si fue un problema: el ruido entre los cuartos, pareciera que tenia al huesped de la otra habitacion usando mi baño!! Terrible !
