Exercise
They gave us lots of exercise after a very long trip. The bathroom door was locked when we got to our room. Then they gave us another room but didn’t update the key for our whole stay. 4 times going to front desk after rooms so far away from elevator. I’m 70 need exercise but don’t need it when I just get out of the car from 10 hour trip. They are remodeling its looking nice.

The property is ready for refresh, furniture, flooring etc are getting tired. The Front Desk staff was friendly and professional. The biggest issue was the heating equipment, it would not let me lower the temp. I had to turn it off, so by morning it was very cold in the room.

Pleasant Overnight Stay
Linda and her staff were very accomadating, professional and courteous. The jacuzzi, pool and gym have great hours and are very clean. The hot tub could be a little hotter though. My room was spotless and comfortable. The thermostat is on the wall, just like it is at your house. The heat/air unit is very quiet. They have hot breakfast every morning. They have 3 floors with elevator and luggage carts.

I booked a room here for my 20 year old son who was stranded due to weather (we live in Nebraska). When he went to check in, they told him he would need $250 for a deposit, even though the room was paid for. He called me upset, rightly so. He went back in to try and talk to them, who then changed the deposit price. Needless to say, we booked elsewhere. AVOID THIS ONE

First, the staff was fantastic. The room was clean but dated. The bed was old and very difficult to sleep on. The wifi was absolutely terrible, so much so i had to check out a day early because i could not work at the hotel. will most likely never stay here again for work for that reason.
