We had such a lovely stay here. The two gentlemen were so warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The old building was beautiful with a relaxing courtyard with fountain. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough. I would stay here again if I return to Urfa.

Truly exceptional hotel in a great location in Urfa, within walking distance to major sights in town. My room was very clean and nicely decorated, surrounding a beautiful central courtyard. Breakfast was very good. Staff were kind, helpful, patient, responsive over WhatsApp and messaging, and used translator apps effectively to communicate with guests in various languages.

The property owner was a very nice gentleman. When we arrived His credit card machine was unable to charge due to very weak internet but he let us check in and offered tea on arrival. Next day we paid. Secondly the area was very near to all the attractions. Breakfast was fantastic.

Amazing friendly and helpful host and staff. Spacious room with nice big shower. Small fridge and kettle in room. Great breakfast served in peaceful outside area. Very quiet location. Great WiFi, we could have some online meetings. Highly recommended Otel. Tip-if you arrive by car, do not drive down small street to hotel. Contact host and he will direct you to a carpark. Make sure to negotiate your daily parking rate with the people at garage beforehand, so you do not get an unpleasant surprise at end of stay.

All was perfect. I didn’t give it 5 stars because first of all, the room was not as clean as it can be. I understand it is an old building, but it was not nice to see ceiling dust in some corners. I also didn’t like that the lamps next to the bed were not working. The receptionist is very kind and nice and helpful. The room is so pretty, the garden is super cozy. Very recommended.
