Upon arrival I was immediately greeted. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. My only "complaint" would be that the TV was difficult to navigate stations.
The staff members were very nice. The only problem is the price paid for the stay and the breakfast was the worse I've had. Majority of the food was very cold because the food warmers were broken, not too many options and the long wait for staff the refill items. No warm food is supposed to be served cold to guest. Other than that the stay was okay, the staff members were very nice.
Checked in late evening for a three night stay. Booked a 2 queen with sleeper sofa through hotels.com. Room we were given did not have a sleeper sofa. Room was in poor condition, cracked floors in bathroom, felt dirty. We asked for a room with the sleeper sofa like we booked and were told they didnât have one. Contacted hotels.com and they called front desk to find out what happened. The representative told us we could keep the room we were given or just leave for a full refund so we left. Would not have been comfortable staying here for one night let alone three. Do not recommend, plenty of hotels in area that Iâm sure are better.
