Grand jersey is not a five star hotel Rooms and bathrooms are really small The AC did not work in the first room. I was offered a second room, the shower screen did not fit and the water did not drain Maintenance entered my room without even giving me a chance to open the door. What a wonderful hotel. We receievd a warm and friendly welcome. Check in was fast and wfficoent and we got some grway recommendations of places to visit and thinhs to do in the area. We enjoyed the Champagne Bar with tremendous vuews across the nay to Elizabether Castle which we also have from out very comfortable room on the third floor. Everythjng is so walkable here. We had dinner in the hotel which was lovely. The service is notbaly good with everyone so warm and focused on delivering a great experience. I will be back for sure.

The weather was not good but there was so much to do in the hotel what with gym, swimming and treatments. Also the choice of food in the lovely bar is so nice. My wife and I enjoyed every minute we were there. Every member of staff was a joy to encounter. So next time we’re in Jersey I know where we’ll be going.
