Unacceptable! 4) The front lounge has ugly and greasy sofas. 5) No tour service desk; no concierge 6) No garden to walk in. 7) The property is old 8) The shower area has no slip resistance flooring 9) The shower area has no grab bars, no place to keep soap! 10) Rooms were small. Not enough space to keep luggage. 11) Very poor restaurant service. The only good part was that Reception was helpful to some extent. Also, the breakfast was good.
